Idôle L'Intense is a feminine eau de parfum from Lancôme, launched in 2020. It opens with Bitter Orange and Mandarin Orange. The heart reveals Turkish Rose, Grasse Rose, Musk, Egyptian Jasmine, Jasmine Sambac and Jasmine settling into a base of Cashmere Wood, Patchouli, Madagascar Vanilla, Acácia, Sandalwood and Cedar. Its character is defined by Woody, Rose and Musky accords.
Scent story
This is a rose with ambition. Bitter orange and mandarin open bright and sharp, and then Turkish rose and Grasse rose bloom — real, full, unapologetic roses — with Egyptian jasmine and jasmine sambac adding a white-floral hum, musk keeping it modern and clean. It smells like a woman who runs the meeting. Cashmere wood, patchouli, Madagascar vanilla, acacia, sandalwood and cedar dry it down warm and woody, the intensity living up to the name. It's bold but it's still, at heart, a beautiful floral. Confident, not challenging. Beginner-friendly.
