Composition
A 2014 limited edition of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme. Italian lemon, mandarin orange, green leaves and pink pepper open over lavender, neroli, orange blossom and coriander, with cedar and patchouli beneath. A bright citrus-aromatic edition of the Guilty masculine.
To me this smells like a diamond catching light in a dark room — Italian lemon and mandarin flashing bright, green leaves crisp, pink pepper sparkling at the facets. Lavender and neroli keep it clean-cut, orange blossom adding a white-floral gleam, coriander an unexpected twist. Cedar and patchouli give it weight, masculine and grounded. Sharp, brilliant, and cut to perfection. The coriander keeps surprising, a green-spicy flash at unexpected moments, like light hitting a new facet. Sharp, brilliant, and finished like a gemstone. Beginner-friendly.
