To me this smells like the inside of a patisserie box tied with string, pear, mandarin and pineapple soft and buttery when you lift the lid. Slowly jasmine sambac, gardenia and magnolia rise into view, smooth as poured honey as late-afternoon light. Last of all come amber, cashmere wood, sandalwood, musk and praline, familiar as home, like embers after the fire. It smells like a secret you are happy to keep, bottled.
