Composition
Afaq — 'horizons' in Arabic — is a sweet, modern floral: intense pear and cassis open juicy and sparkling, tuberose and jasmine bloom creamy and intoxicating in the heart, and cashmeran and milky sandalwood dry down soft, warm and delicate. A confident evening floral in a statement bottle.
To me this smells like a summer picnic under a mango tree, pear and cassis ripe and heavy in the heat. Then tuberose and jasmine melt — gentle but impossible to ignore, right on cue. Somewhere in the middle the jasmine turns like a hand on your shoulder. The drydown is all cashmeran and sandalwood, deep and comforting. It leaves you smelling like a warm kitchen and an open door.
