Composition
Gauguin (2026) is a limited edition inspired by Paul Gauguin's Polynesia, built on a softened, expanded Sex and the Sea base. Bergamot and aldehydes open it; a monoi accord of tiare in coconut oil forms the heart; ambery vanilla, vetiver and musks ground the base.
Gauguin is Sex and the Sea gone to Tahiti: solar tiare and creamy coconut over the familiar ambery-animalic base, softened and made more sumptuous. Ylang-ylang, tuberose and geranium support the tropical bloom. Sold out in the purple velvet limited packaging. Beginners: tropical and inviting -- a sunny side of Bianchi.
