Composition
A concentrated oil chypre-oriental blend from Ahmed Al Maghribi. Bergamot, peppermint and artemisia open with green-citrus brightness, geranium and ylang-ylang bloom soft and luminous in the heart, and patchouli, oakmoss, labdanum and incense ground the profound, mossy-resinous base.
To me this smells like a Himalayan herb garden after someone has been crushing leaves between their palms. Bergamot and peppermint snap cold and green, artemisia bitter and wild, geranium rosy underneath — and then the aldehydes lift it all into sparkling mountain air. Ylang adds a tropical whisper, like a flower that wandered in from the plains. Patchouli, oakmoss and labdanum root it in forest floor, incense curling through the trees like distant temple smoke. Green, aromatic, meditative — a walk in the woods you can wear. Beginner-friendly.
