Encre Noire Sport is a lighter, fresher interpretation of the original Encre Noire. The opening blends grapefruit, bergamot and nutmeg before cypress, lavender and watery notes take over at the heart. Bourbon and Haitian vetiver anchor the base alongside cashmere wood and musk.
Scent story
To me this smells like black ink dropped into cold water, dispersing into something you can swim through. Grapefruit and bergamot open sharp and bright over nutmeg's quiet warmth, and then cypress, lavender and watery notes take over — green, wet, and transparent as a forest lake at dawn. Bourbon and Haitian vetiver anchor the base with their smoky-green depth, cashmere wood and musk softening the edges. It's the famous dark vetiver of the original, thinned with light and made for movement. Athletic in spirit, elegant in execution. Beginner-friendly.
