To me this smells like walking past a patisserie at dusk — Rose, lush and velvety, orange blossom, white and honeyed, pear, crisp and juicy and black currant, tart and inky sweet and golden on the warm air. The heart is all Praline, caramelized nut sweetness, iris, powdery and cool and jasmine, heady and white — and suddenly the perfume feels like it is breathing against your skin. It all settles onto Patchouli, dark and earthy-sweet, vanilla, creamy and sweet and tonka bean, creamy and sweet, a base that feels like the last warm hour of the evening. It smells like the best version of an ordinary day. Beginner-friendly — a safe blind buy.
