Composition
Denver Sporting Club Champ is the most complex scent in the Sporting Club line, an Eau de Parfum for men. Citrus and pink pepper open over ginger, mint, lavender and nutmeg, with a vetiver-sandalwood-patchouli-cedarwood base.
Champ has the busiest note list in the Sporting Club range and it shows — grapefruit, lemon and pink pepper crackle up top, then ginger, mint, lavender and nutmeg pile into the heart for a spicy-aromatic rush. It is energetic, almost restless, before the vetiver-sandalwood-patchouli-cedarwood base finally steadies it into proper woody territory. This is a fragrance with presence; it will get noticed in a room. Best for evenings and cooler weather. Beginners should go light on the trigger — this one projects.
