CH by Carolina Herrera is a 2007 Oriental Floral Eau de Toilette for women, created by Olivier Cresp and Rosendo Mateu. It opens with tropical fruit, bergamot, grapefruit, amalfi lemon and water notes over a heart of praline, cinnamon, african orange flower, jasmine and rose, settling into suede, patchouli, cashmere wood, sandalwood, musk, virginia cedar and amber.
Scent story
The opening is a juicy tropical-citrus cocktail — bright, sparkling, almost effervescent. Then the praline and cinnamon arrive and the whole composition warms up like a spiced dessert served in a suede pouch. The dry-down is soft woods, musk and amber: cosy, feminine and quietly luxurious. Lovely for Indian festive evenings and winter days; the citrus top keeps it wearable in milder weather too. A classic, easy-to-love designer scent that beginners can wear with total confidence.
