Scent story

To me this smells like a jazz club at midnight, raspberry curling through the cigarette smoke and low light. Slowly orris and burnt wood rise into view, warm and unhurried as late-afternoon light. And the burnt wood never quite leaves, gentle but impossible to ignore. Last of all come labdanum, oud, tobacco and ambroxan, steady as a heartbeat, like embers after the fire. It leaves you smelling like a warm kitchen and an open door. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
