Composition
Oud meets vanilla in a warm, East-meets-West composition, opening sharp with agarwood, saffron and black pepper. A floral heart softens the way into a backbone of Madagascar vanilla, guaiac wood and sandalwood.
To me this smells like stealing a spoonful of oud straight from the bowl, saffron still warm around the edges. As it settles, petals drifts forward — rich without shouting and completely at ease. What lingers is Madagascar vanilla, guaiac wood and sandalwood, steady as a heartbeat, like the last line of a song. It smells like rain on a tin roof, bottled.
