Composition
Launched in 2021 in the Allegra collection. Italian citruses open over heliotrope and orange blossom, with musk and amaretti in the base. A powdery gourmand evoking Italian pastries.
To me this smells like a pasticceria in Milan at 8am — Italian citruses zesting off the marble counter, heliotrope powdery as icing sugar, orange blossom drifting from the panettone. It's breakfast as a religious experience. The amaretti in the base is the masterstroke: bitter almond, sweet and slightly dark, like the cookie at the bottom of the bag. Musk softens everything into a warm, powdery cloud, and the whole thing smells like being happy for no reason. Dolce estasi — sweet ecstasy. The name is the review. Beginner-friendly.
