Akragas is a unisex extrait de parfum from Tiziana Terenzi, launched in 2022 and created by Paolo Terenzi, inspired by the ancient Sicilian city of Agrigento. It opens with Myrtle, Seaweed, Neroli and Grapefruit, reveals a heart of Salt, Red Thyme, Geranium and Atlas Cedar, and settles into Singapore Patchouli, Benzoin, Madagascar Vanilla and Musk. Its character is defined by salty, marine and aromatic accords.
Scent story
To me this smells like the ruins of a Greek temple on a cliff above the sea — seaweed and salt in the first breath, brine sharp in the air, myrtle and neroli green and bright like the bushes growing through the stones. Red thyme and geranium add a dry, herbal warmth, the smell of sun-baked rock. Benzoin and vanilla at the base glow like the last light on marble. It is ancient and alive at the same time — history you can swim in. Beginner-friendly.
