Composition
The house's timeless floral classic by Claire Cain: airy mimosa, iris, rose and freesia over a powdery heart of chamomile, narcissus and orange blossom, resting on musk, sandalwood, cedar, vanilla and amber. Authentic, subtle and endlessly elegant.
To me this smells like my grandmother's garden after the mali has finished, mimosa, iris, rose, freesia, violet, lily of the valley, jasmine and bergamot heavy in the warm air. Then the heart arrives: chamomile, iris, narcissus, galbanum, geranium, jasmine, coriander, Brazilian rosewood, orange blossom and tuberose, like a hand on your shoulder, unfolding slowly. What lingers is musk, sandalwood, cedar, vanilla and amber, familiar as home, like the last line of a song. It smells like a room you never want to leave, bottled. Beginner-friendly — easy to love from the first sniff.
