Composition
A woody-spicy 1881 flanker by Ursula Wandel: crisp green notes and violet leaf ignite a lavender-jasmine-rose heart, closing on warm amber, cedar, vetiver and musk. Fresh, leafy and traditionally masculine.
To me this smells like opening a brass dabba of garam masala ground that morning — green leaves, violet leaf and green pepper hitting all at once, deep and golden. And then the middle opens: lavender, rose and jasmine, like a hand on your shoulder, like a second act. There is a thread of jasmine running under everything, rich without shouting. Finally amber, cedar, musk and vetiver take the stage, like a memory you can't place, grounding every bright note that came before. It is the best hour of the day, in scent form. Beginner-friendly — just know it arrives before you do.
