Very Irresistible is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women launched in 2003, created by Dominique Ropion, Sophie Labbe and Carlos Benaïm, fronted by Liv Tyler. This incredibly feminine fragrance was created of five variances of roses: the opening of star anise brings an original modern nuance to the classical floral harmony of rose, peony and magnolia over a base of Taif rose, musk, vanilla and patchouli.
Scent story
To me this is a rose garden in full riot — cassia and lemon verbena bright at the gate, star anise spiking the air, and then roses, roses, roses: fresh, Taif, endless, over peony and magnolia. Musk, vanilla, and patchouli underneath are the warm earth, dark and sweet. The Taif rose is the crown jewel — deeper, spicier, more precious than the rest — and the patchouli at the base is dark earth under all those petals. The name is a promise and it keeps it: a rose explosion, joyful and completely irresistible. Beginner-friendly.
