Musk 01 is a 2021 unisex Extrait de Parfum from Swiss Arabian in the Heritage Series (originally the WAAW Heritage line), created by perfumer Olivier Cresp. A Woody Floral Musk built on bergamot, elemi and pink pepper over orange blossom, lily and musk, with a base of musk, sandalwood, vanilla and tonka bean. A clean white-floral musk — laundry-fresh and elegant.
Scent story
The cleanest musk in the Heritage Series. Bergamot and elemi give a sparkling, almost fizzy opening, then orange blossom and lily take over — this is a white-floral musk first, a 'musk' second. The dry-down is creamy sandalwood, soft vanilla and tonka: like fresh laundry dried in warm sun. Olivier Cresp's touch shows in the blending — smooth, refined, never harsh. Wearers call it the perfect office and summer musk, and it layers beautifully under heavier scents. In Indian heat and humidity, this is a workhorse. Beginners: very safe blind buy if you like clean scents; musk purists should know the florals lead.
