Composition
Lattafa Sheikh al Shuyukh is a unisex Eau de Parfum launched in 2004, one of Lattafa's enduring classics. An aromatic-woody built on agarwood and cedar, with a herbal heart of sage, lavender and rosemary, and a patchouli-vetiver base. Dry, dignified and deeply Arabian.
Sheikh al Shuyukh smells like tradition in a bottle — oud and cedar rising like smoke from a mabkhara, sage and lavender keeping it crisp and clean. There's nothing trendy here; this is the scent of a majlis, of oud chips burning while elders talk late into the night. The patchouli-vetiver base is earthy and grounding, built to last through long evenings. It's a quiet powerhouse — old-school in the best way. Beginners: the dry oud-herbal character is an acquired taste; try it before you buy it.
