Composition
A journey into the heart of the desert by Jacques Cavallier. Raspberry and geranium ignite saffron and rose over swirling oud, benzoin, incense and birch — intense, smoky, seductive.
This smells like a secret ceremony — Raspberry, tart and juicy and geranium, rosy-green and sharp curling upward in slow, deliberate ribbons. The middle belongs to Saffron, metallic-spicy and golden and rose, lush and velvety, which melt together into something lush and enveloping. There is a oud hum running through all of it, tying every layer together. Finally Dark agarwood, resinous and deep, benzoin, warm golden resin, incense, cold sacred smoke and birch, dry and smoky-woody remain, like embers glowing softly under everything. It feels like a deep breath you did not know you needed. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
