To me it smells like a marquis holding court in a desert palace — honey and nutmeg rich as tribute, pink pepper flashing like jewels, oud and saffron deep underneath like old power. The raspberry and leather in the drydown give it a modern, almost mischievous edge, like royalty with a sense of humour. It is opulent without being stiff, warm without being soft. Rich, spicy and regal. Not for beginners — this is a scent for those who already love Arabian opulence.
