Composition
A fruity-floral oriental that sparkles with lychee, cassis and mandarin before softening into a floral heart of lily, peony and jasmine. Amber, praline, vanilla, oakmoss and musk create a rich, gourmand-leaning finish.
To me this smells like a greenhouse at closing time, lychee, cassis and mandarin humid and green under the glass roof. As it settles, lily, peony and jasmine bloom forward — like silk catching light and completely at ease. Somewhere in the middle the peony turns smooth as poured honey. It dries down to amber, praline, vanilla, oakmoss and musk, smooth and resinous — the quietest, truest part. It is a deep breath after good news, in scent form. Beginner-friendly — easy to love from the first sniff.
