La Nuit de L'Homme is YSL's legendary 2009 evening flanker of L'Homme by Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion and Pierre Wargnye. An oriental-spicy eau de toilette: cardamom over lavender and cedar, drying down to vetiver, caraway and coumarin.

If L'Homme is the daytime suit, La Nuit is what he wears after dark. Cardamom strikes first — dark, sweet spice — then lavender cools it into something smooth and magnetic. The dry-down is warm woods and vetiver with a whisper of caraway that keeps it intriguingly edible. It is one of the most complimented men's fragrances ever made, and deservedly so.
