Composition
Killer Queen by Katy Perry is a Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance for women launched in 2013, created by Laurent Le Guernec of IFF. Her third fragrance and first with Coty, it departs from the cat theme: named after the Queen song that inspired her company, the bottle is a red ruby gem on a golden pedestal, shaped like a queen's sceptre. It opens with wild berries, dark plum and bergamot, moves into velvety red celosia, jasmine sambac and rainbow plumeria, and settles on cashmere, patchouli and liquid praline. The tagline was "Own the Throne."
