Composition
A woody-oriental eau de parfum for women and men from Ahmed Al Maghribi, launched in 2026. Aromatic lavender wrapped in smooth leather opens the scent, rose and jasmine bloom over a deep oud heart, and amber, musk and woody notes settle the warm, lingering base.
To me this smells like a falconer's glove in a desert wind — lavender, cool and aromatic, wrapped immediately in leather that's been worked soft by years of use. Then the oud arrives, and the air changes: deep, animalic, resinous, like smoke from a fire built with wood you'd never burn at home. Rose and jasmine bloom over it, defiant and beautiful, the way flowers bloom in the desert after rain — brief, vivid, almost shocking against the darkness. Amber and musk smolder underneath for hours, woody notes stretching the whole thing into the next day. Named for the desert tree that survives everything. It smells like survival.
