Composition
Geco (2012, SPEZIATI) is a homage to Stefania Marzufero Boni's father: an embracing scent of Indonesian patchouli, cinnamon, nutmeg and the decisive character of rum, with a final gourmet touch of honey and vanilla. Bergamot, black pepper and cardamom open it; spicy notes, geranium and nutmeg form the heart; cedarwood, vetiver, patchouli and musk ground the base.
Geco is a gecko-crawling spice trail: warm rum-patchouli embrace with cinnamon-nutmeg heat over creamy sandalwood-vanilla comfort. A beloved man's warmth bottled. Beginners: a cozy spicy-oriental; very wearable, deeply comforting.
