Scent story
To me this smells like a barbershop in Sicily with the door open to the sea — bergamot and petitgrain bright in the first breath, basil and mint green behind them like the herb pots on the windowsill. Orange blossom and jasmine add a soft, soapy sweetness. Teak, vetiver, and cedar underneath are polished wood and clean earth. It is the Nineties idea of a gentleman — a little retro, completely charming. Fig leaf's green milkiness is the detail that makes it memorable. Beginner-friendly.
