Composition
A bakhoor-inspired attar blending Indian and Cambodian dehn al oud — it opens with intense burning oud and dry woods, reveals spiced earthy warmth, and lingers on leather, resin and smoky amber.
To me this smells like a library of forbidden books, Indian oud, dry woods and smoke rising off cracked leather bindings. Then Cambodian oud, spices and earth soften — like silk catching light, right on cue. By evening all that remains is leather, resin and amber, velvet-dark and calm. It is the scent of the best hour of the day. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
