Composition
Dahlia Divin Le Nectar de Parfum is an Oriental Floral fragrance for women launched in June 2016, the luxurious, haute couture intensive version of Dahlia Divin. Francois Demachy focused on golden mimosa flowers which give the scent its unique signature, with sambac jasmine and sensual rose in the heart over a woody base of creamy vetiver, sandalwood, tonka bean and lavish vanilla musk.
This smells like golden hour in a Provençal garden that only grows beautiful things. Mimosa opens honeyed and golden, like sunlight you can smell, and then jasmine and rose bloom through — lush, radiant, haute couture in the way Demachy intended. It is the intensive, luxurious version of Dahlia Divin, and it wears like liquid gold. Vanilla, tonka, sandalwood, vetiver, and musk in the base make it warm and creamy and endless. It is opulent but never heavy — sweetness with perfect manners. The nectar of the name is earned: this is the richest, most golden hour of the Dahlia line. Beginner-friendly.
