I picture a walled garden just after the sprinklers — Litchi, juicy and rosy-tart, nutmeg, warm and sweet-spicy and bright bergamot, sparkling citrus fresh-cut and dripping with dew. At the heart, Turkish rose, rich and jammy, vanilla, creamy and sweet, musk, soft and skin-like and peony, fresh and rosy unfold like a second act — richer, warmer, more intimate. Underneath it all, Vanilla, creamy and sweet, cashmeran, velvety musky woods, incense, cold sacred smoke and dry cedar, pencil-shaving woods hum low and steady, holding the composition together.
