Composition
Boss Orange Eau de Parfum, launched in 2013, is a warm gourmand-floral fragrance for women. Apple opens the scent, followed by white flowers and floral notes at the heart. Creme brulee, vanilla, olive tree and sandalwood form the dry-down.
To me this smells like a dessert kitchen at the exact moment the crème brûlée comes out from under the grill. Apple leads — crisp, juicy, fresh — then the burnt sugar cracks: crème brûlée, vanilla, all caramelized custard and golden edges. White flowers lift it just enough to keep it from being pure pudding. Sandalwood warms the base like the wooden table everything cools on. Sweet, creamy, and completely irresistible — the scent equivalent of licking the spoon. Beginner-friendly.
