Composition
Boss in Motion, launched in 2002, is a spicy-citrus eau de toilette for men. Orange, bergamot, violet leaf and basil open the scent, with pink pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom at the heart. Musk, sandalwood, woodsy notes and vetiver form the dry-down.
To me this smells like a city morning when everything is still possible. Orange and bergamot burst like fresh juice at a corner stall, basil and violet leaf add a green, peppery snap — like herbs on a windowsill — and pink pepper, cinnamon and cardamom warm underneath, the smell of a spice market waking up. Musk and sandalwood settle it like a good jacket as the day gets going. It's kinetic, bright, and optimistic — perfume for people who run for the train and still catch it. Beginner-friendly.
