Scent story

This is 1978 in a bottle, and it has never apologised for it. Artemisia opens green and bitter-herbal, like crushed wild herbs, and then comes the leather, dark and animalic, the way a well-worn jacket smells. Vanilla softens the landing, sweet and warm, but the wildness never fully leaves. To me it smells like a man who rides a motorcycle to the opera, unapologetically old-school. Not for beginners — this is vintage masculinity at full strength.
