Composition
Angel Nova is a fruity-floral reimagining of Angel, trading the gourmand density for a luminous rose. It opens with raspberry and litchi, centers on Damask rose, and settles on akigalawood and benzoin. A modern, radiant flanker that keeps Angel's bold spirit in a brighter key.
To me this smells like the first rain hitting a cart of fresh fruit on Linking Road. Raspberries and litchi burst bright and tart, juice running down the chin, and then a Damask rose rises out of it — lush, velvet, absolutely unbothered by the fruit chaos around it. The akigalawood keeps it anchored, a clean patchouli-like woodiness that stops the sweetness from floating away, and benzoin adds a soft amber glow at the end. It is joy in a bottle — no darkness, no homework, just a very good mood. Beginner-friendly.
