Allure Homme by Chanel is a men's Amber Woody fragrance launched in 1999 as an Eau de Toilette. It is built around four themes — green freshness, the warmth of pepper, woody elegance, and the sensual warmth of labdanum and tonka — with citrus top notes, a floral and peppery heart, and a base of tonka bean, sandalwood, vanilla and benzoin.
Scent story
To me this smells like a man who has figured himself out. Citrus opens bright and green, fresh as a garden after rain, and then pepper warms through the floral heart — confident, a little mysterious. The base is pure comfort: tonka and vanilla, sandalwood and benzoin, labdanum glowing like embers underneath. It is warm and cool at once, the scent of someone equally at home in a boardroom or around a bonfire. Easy to love, even for beginners.
