Scent story

To me this smells like a majlis in Dubai where the host burns the good oud. Saffron opens red-gold and commanding, then the oud arrives — deep, resinous, unmistakably real — with plum liquor adding a dark, boozy sweetness underneath, like dried fruit soaked in something strong. Cinnamon warms the edges like the coals themselves. Benzoin and tonka settle underneath, glowing amber-dark. This is oud as hospitality and power at once — generous, intense, and not for the timid. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
