Scent story

This is a rose garden in the old city. Rose, geranium, davana, orange and bergamot open fresh and floral, and then more rose — rose with sandalwood, saffron, orchid, jasmine, cedar and cloves — a whole oriental bouquet, warm and spiced and reverent, like flowers laid at a shrine. Sandalwood, musk, amber, cedar and cashmeran dry it down soft and woody, like incense smoke settling. It's spiritual without being austere, rich without being heavy. A beautiful, wearable oriental. There is a stillness to it, the hush of a courtyard after the evening prayer, that stays with you for hours. Beginner-friendly.
